This is a wine from totaly healthy organic farming Malagouzia grapes from the stony, clay Geromoshos vineyard.

Hand picked and sorted grapes undergone through temperature controled alcoholic fermentation into 50% 500l and 50% 228l new oak barrels.

Matured on fine lees for 6 months with short intervals stirring, without malolactic transformation.
